Carrie Fancett Pagels, Ph.D., is an ECPA bestselling and award-winning author, tagline “Hearts Overcoming Through Time.” Possessed with an overactive imagination, that wasn’t “cured” by twenty-five years as a psychologist, she loves bringing characters to life.
